Rýk

Rýk consists four members, who all hail from the underground circles of Aalborg. The music has its roots in traditional and modern post punk, but also reaches towards the noisy shoegaze of the 90s. The fusion of  these two genres is achieved by means of the band’s uncompromising and ambitious songwriting, which it would not be right to put genre labels on, but their sources of inspiration range from jazz to noise to no and new wave.
