Nive & the Deer Children play original hummable indie melodies with a streak of wide-eyed menace, or cowboy ballads with an elfin side. The band itself is an ever-changing unit of collaborators who blend improvisation, noisy outbursts and quiet beauty into a mesmerizing sonic universe where  buzzing organs, pulsating drums, wild west guitar noodles set the tone and Nive’s hypnotic voice is leading the way. Ever-changing, engaging, and never quite being what it seems – much like the greenlandic weather.
