Med det stigende fokus der er kommet på arbejdet med kreativ publishing og hele den nye generation af producere og sangskrivere, der pibler frem alle steder, vil vi derfor gerne introducere det næste skud på stammen af netværksaktiviteter under SPOT+, “Meet The Music Publishers”.

Eric Beall

Publisher at Shapiro Bernstein, New York
As one of the music industry’s leading A&R executives and most engaging communicators, Eric Beall has devoted his career to finding talent, developing songs and songwriters and educating musicians and music executives around the world. Having held senior creative positions at Zomba Music, Jive Records, Sony ATV Music and now independent publisher Shapiro Bernstein, Eric has brought in songs like Flames and Titanium (David Guetta & Sia).

Ben Malén

Managing director and senior A&R at The Bank, Stockholm
After more than 500.000 sold records as frontman of one of Sweden’s biggest pop groups, Trance Dance, Ben decided to change career. Today he is managing director at one of the fastest growing music publishing firms in Sweden, the Swedish division of the Danish firm, The Bank. During his career, Ben has held managing director positions at Air Chrysalis Scandinavia and Germany, and started Stereoscope Music Scandinavia.

Anders Fredslund-Hansen

Founder/Creative director of TheArrangement, Copenhagen
Anders Fredslund-Hansen founded TheArrangement in the beginning of 2019, which besides working with publishing, is also a record label, artist & producer management, and music consulting agency. For many years, Anders has been working in the field of music and TV, as well as the Eurovision with up to 50 songs the last 15 years, including 2013’s winner ’Only Teardrops’.

Kai Robøle

Founder of Arctic Rights Management, Oslo
Music publisher Kai Robøle has many years of experience in the industry, with a large local and international network. In 2018 Robøle founded Norwegian music publisher Arctic Rights Management, to ensure that the rights of Norwegian composers and music publishers are managed locally, seeing off tough competition from major international players.

Christian Fløe

Publishing director at GL Music, Copenhagen
Christian is the publishing director and one of four partners at leading Nordic independent publishing company GL Music. He joined GL Music a year into the creation of the publishing arm, and has grown it alongside the other partners to a roster of more than 10 writers and producers who’s credits include Selena Gomez, Olly Murs, Chelcee Grimes, Alexander Oscar, Clara, De Dødelige and many many more.

Wendi Pendeza Kazonza

Co-founder at GILT, Norway
Wendi er stiftende partner af det Oslo-baserede uafhængige musikselskab GILT i Norge, hvor hun er Head of Projects and A&R. Virksomheden laver publishing for sangskrivere som sparkx, Kristoffer Lo and Anorakk. En arbejdsdag for Kazonza består af at sørge for, at sangskriverne har det godt, så vel som A&R, opsætning af sessions, picthing af musik til supervisors og tv- og filmselskaber i Norge mm. GILT er ejet af Mia Hallesby og Wendi Pendeza Kazonza.

Ole Dreyer

Head of Publishing at Nordic Music NMS, Denmark
Ole Dreyer is the publishing head at Nordic Music NMS. He has released with various punkbands in 1979, through management, A&R, indie labels, and 11 years as A&R Director for EMI Music Publishing Denmark. Ole co-founded NMS in 2011. NMS is a Danish independent record label and music publisher, working solely on domestic artists, songwriters, film- and synch composers, in most genres.

Mette Zähringer

Owner of Iceberg Music Group, Denmark
Mette Zähringer har mere end 30 års erfaring i den danske musikbranche, hvor hun har arbejdet i de fleste funktioner indenfor pladeselskab og musikforlag. Mette har haft stor succes med sit arbejde med artister som bl.a. Scatman John, Dúné, The Blue Van, Tim Schou, Code Elektro og Nice Little Penguins som partner og VP for Iceberg Music Group. Et af Mettes mange fokusområder er det store marked for synkronisering af musik til film, TV, reklamer og spil, og her har Iceberg Music Group i den grad førertrøjen på herhjemme med store internationale placeringer i amerikanske film, TV og reklamer.
