							Victoria Jespersen
							A&R, Warner Music Denmark
My name is Victoria and I am 25 years old. When I was 16, I got a job at EMI Music, and it is the exact same office I'm working in today. I have been A&R since January 2018, but before that I have mainly worked with digital marketing both within and outside the music industry. In 2015 I started at the Music Manager education at RMC, and the last two years of studying, I worked as manager at Splay, where I managed some of the biggest influencers in Denmark.
